FROWARD

I particularly love this word because in itself it's rebellious. You look at it thinking someone's misspelled 'forward', but no, it is a word all it's own and the meaning fits it perfectly!

My little one is certainly froward - and forward for that matter - far too clever for this tired mama! I just hope that contrariness holds him good stead as an adult and gets him where he wants to go.
